                     Customer Onboarding Manager Saas - French Market (F/M)

Join our international Customer Experience team and lead the implementation journey that defines the first impression and future satisfaction of our clients.

🚀 About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Onboarding Manager to lead software implementations for our French clients. You'll be the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of our solutions. As the owner of the implementation phase, you’ll drive cross-functional projects and act as a trusted expert both for our clients and for our internal teams.

This position combines project management, client consulting and product knowledge within a collaborative and multicultural environment.

👥 Your Team

You’ll join a 10 person Customer Experience team spanning France and Germany. The team includes Customer Onboarding Manager (Project Team), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Support Specialists
The team is led by two regional managers one for France, one for Germany and works collaboratively to share best practices and deliver excellence across markets.

🎯 Your missions 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects with French clients

  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable timelines and deliverables

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Design) to ensure timely and effective delivery

  • Train and guide clients through product setup, adoption, and early usage
    Identify and mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
    Continuously contribute to team processes, documentation, and best practices

🧩 Who are you?

  • Experience with SaaS or digital product implementation along with 5+ years in project management, product consulting, or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Value Case, Monday.com, Excel, Notion…)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written); French fluency is strongly preferred
