About the Role

Retention & Renewal Management

  • Manage the full contract renewal process and own the retention revenue for your portfolio.

  • Monitor accounts closely through digital follow-up (automated statistics emails, product updates, communications, etc.).

  • Conduct renewal meetings with clients.

  • Identify at-risk accounts (low usage, poor performance) and implement proactive action plans.

  • Review upcoming renewals for the next quarter (Q+1) to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Take over after the sales process for contracts of at least 12 months (excluding one-shot job postings) to manage product setup and user creation.

  • Implement a digital onboarding process for this client segment.

  • Ensure client follow-up throughout the year, including CSAT surveys (after 3 months), NPS campaigns, and follow-up calls between months 4 and 6 depending on feedback.

  • Handle day-to-day operational support and client ticket follow-up while coordinating with the centralized support team to ensure smooth resolution.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handovers and proper client information sharing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical Support, Traffic, Product, I/O) to solve client issues and implement corrective actions (webinars, job ad optimization advice, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and active listening skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage a high volume of accounts.

  • Familiarity with Customer Success and collaboration tools (HubSpot, Slack, Looker, ticketing systems).

  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Good understanding of CleverConnect products (Meteojob, Aeroemploiformation, Agefiph).
